Loops can be added to audio files to loop through sections while practicing your instrument.

Adding a new loop

  1. While the audio file is playing, click on the Add loop button in the Loops and Markers section.

  2. Type a name for the loop in the Name text box.

  3. Select a start position for the loop by either typing the position or clicking on the Punch in button. The Punch in button will enter the current position in the Position text box. You can also select any existing marker in the Related marker combo box.

  4. Repeat the same step for the end position.

  5. Click on the Save button and close the window.

A new loop has been created and can be used during playback.

Editing a loop

  1. While the audio file is playing, select the loop in the the Loops and Markers section and click on the Edit loop button.

  2. Change the loop name, start position or end position.

  3. Click on the Save button and close the window.

The loop has been updated.

Removing a loop

  • While the audio file is playing, select the loop in the the Loops and Markers section and click on the Remove loop button.

The loop has been removed.

Play loop

  • While the audio file is playing, select the loop in the the Loops and Markers section and click on the Play loop button.

    While the audio file is playing, double-click on the loop in the the Loops and Markers section.

The current song is looping from the loop start position to the loop end position.

Stop loop

  • While a loop is currently playing, click on the Stop loop button in the the Loops and Markers section.

The current song is looping from the loop start position to the loop end position.
